About mimistitch
mimistitch is a small, home-based embroidery studio operating from Medan, Indonesia. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
Orders
Most pieces are made to order and made by hand after you order — please allow 5–7 days for making before your order ships. You'll receive an email confirmation once your order and payment are received.
Payment
Payments are processed securely through iPaymu, supporting bank transfer, e-wallets (GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay), QRIS, and credit/debit cards. Your order is confirmed once payment is completed successfully.
Shipping
We currently ship within Indonesia only. Orders are wrapped by hand and shipped from Medan via tracked courier, and delivery times vary by destination.
Handmade variations
Every piece is made by hand — small variations in texture, color, and finish are normal and part of what makes each piece one of a kind, not a defect.
Intellectual property
All designs, patterns, and photography on this site belong to mimistitch. Please don't reproduce or resell our designs without permission.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they're posted on this page.
